Within this course will introduce the work with and development of pre-clinical in vivo models.

Within this course we will introduce the work with and development of pre-clinical in vivo models. We will emphasize requirements for translational and regulatory aspects that need to be considered for choosing and developing in vivo models in order to make them a valuable part in analysing new therapeutic approaches to enhance patient care. A focus will be on the transformation from the 3R towards the 6R mentality and guidance to choose the right pre-clinical model for your scientific questions.
